Why do I worry/
if she likes me? She’s not as/
great as I can be.

With women it’s wise/
to withhold sonnets but not/
such tasty omelettes.

She craves my omelette./
I desire her smile. does one/
lead to the other?

Will anyone who’s/
pure, lovely, and virtuous/
want me, who’s been soiled?

If I helped in the/
Creation, I’ll own ‘skeaters*,/
because they feed birds.

(aka mosquitoes*)

*lake bugs,/

She stood, drooling, in/
front of the gates of heaven./
Should I push her in?

As if to taunt me,/
she sent me a photo of/
where I wished to be.

We may only need/
someone to help us see our/
self-reality.

OR
We may only need/
someone to help us see, and/
free, reality.”

Nobody is good/
enough. We all fall short. That’s/
what Jesus is for.

Silence in mountain/
valleys. Moonrise above the/
mountain’s peaks. She’s there.
