made a quick exit.

Were she to propose/
to me with verses tawdry,/
I’d accept quickly.

My tiny purple/
crocus pales compared to his /
huge bunch. Size matters.

When you don’t have lots /
of space, make room to see things/
that are important.

Men so often want/
to help damsels in distress,/
when we should shut up.

She hovers on the/
side of my page, like a sprite/
or vision or dream.

Is it wrong to see/
a big-smile woman and wish/
she would grin your way?

7:23 a.m.
Even foggy and/
frosty mornings have Beauty/
if you accept it.

10:08 a.m.
No matter how grey/
and foggy our path may be,/
the Son will shine through.

I stood in the front/
room for a while, but no one/
was home, so I left.

Were I me, you she,/
given the invitation,/
I sure would have gone.
