Temple is more glorious/
when I see old, new.

Can one stare at a/
work of art for too long? Can/
gazing become wrong?

She was so stunning/
his brain simply fell out on/
the museum floor.

All things bear record./
Even the empty nails on/
museum walls speak.

Like great thinking, great/
art can be reanalyzed,/
re-framed, re-purposed.

Folks ask if the glass/
is half full or half empty./
I’m just glad there’s glass.

I saw Venus in/
marble, perfect in form, and/
I remembered her.

Who would guess that we/
disciples would meet at His/
feet on Yom Kippur?
