me when fully seen.

Sometimes we must gaze/

through another’s lens to see/

our own true beauty.

The road seems foggy./
It’s hard to see well. We should/
turn on defoggers.

My feelings have changed./
Like the sun rising o’er lakes,/
I comprehend peace.

The thumbnail moon hangs/
midst the mack’rel cloud sky, where/
you and I both see.

Sometimes, to see what/
you need, you may have to turn/
your world upside down.

My inner struggles/
are manifest outwardly /
so others can see.
