gone. The bubble has burst. I’m/
left standing alone.

When you won’t let me/
in, I can’t show you my deep/
and tender feelings.

It settles like a/
heavy pool but you release/
it with a few words.

Sleep well and if it’s/
farewell then I guess the light/
of morning will tell.

I guess my calming/
influence and gentleness /
still isn’t enough.

She claimed she really/
didn’t care what I did and/
now she’s proving it.

It’s obnoxious when/
I think she thinks of others./
At last I relate.

When I don’t hear from/
you much, it reminds me of/
how much I miss you.

Thunder and lightning/
frighten me enough to wish/
that you were here, too.
