intense. I’m so dense.

Enthusiasm /
is too often mistaken/
for desperation.

Enthusiasm /
can too oft be mistaken/
for desperation.

You should be glad for/
the night before when you see/
you can’t anymore.

In God’s temple there’s/
folks with tats, ‘cuz He just cares/
where their hearts are at.

Good, better or best:/
Not just advice, but love’s test./
Which path will we choose?

I know you’re busy./
So am I. But we’re both smart./
We should at least try.

She claims she likes her/
differentness, what raises/
her above the rest.

I am not too old/
to rock and roll. It’s sad that/
my children think so.

It’s strange how a war’s/
hist’ry can change when your kin/
were a part of it
