It’s increasingly/
harder to woo women who/
are ambivalent.

She who once played with/
me is now harsh on my play,/
But I deserve it.

She who once played with/
me is now harsh on my play,/
But deservedly.

Standing in the glow/
of the morning sun, I know: /
my life will soon change.

It’s sad to hope that/
women will prep you but then /
learn men will do it

Is it unkind to/
tell her that I pine, and ask/
her to change her mind?

If all I can do/
is pray for you, then that is/
what I’ll gladly do.

Does she ever think/
of me constantly? Or am/
I simply dreaming?

I hope you’re doing/
well. This rhyme’s to tell you: I’m/
(still) interested!

I like waving at/
the sun daily instead of/
just once a quarter.
Or
the sun once a day instead/
of once a quarter.

She was once intense/
in chasing me. Should I be/
that way t’wards her now?
