mountain climb and rhyme.

Speak no more in absolutes,
but simply be more resolute:
We both made mistakes,
yet we have what it takes
to, in the future, be more astute.

She gazes eastward./
Surf, sun, sand, sea rise and fall./
Her breathing’s mirrored.

Flying with a sore /
back means I stand and become/
the restroom conductor

I called as promised./
When you didn’t answer, I/
listened to old tapes.

A borrowed Bimmer. /

A desire to leave Vegas.

It quickly adds up.

How fast it adds up.

Even in Paree/

tryin’ to look fly, I’m still /

Sounders ’til I die!

She didn’t know how /

lonely I felt whenever/

she wasn’t around.

I wonder: Does she /

know that eating ผัดไทย (Pad Thai) no /

longer delights me?

MY pile of pillows/

is stacked up high to keep me /

from being lonely.
