I’m already thrilled/
about a Swiss rendezvous/
we haven’t had yet.

I Wish She Wrote About Me: Romantic Blogging Rhyming Haiku

I read what she wrote./
I’ve dreamed one would write of me/
thusly. None have yet.

Some day I may be/
worthy of what she wrote: Her/
Love’s soliloquy.

She has pics of her/
old love. She didn’t intend/
to find me. Now what?!?

I see her deep pain./
I know how I would have been./
I’ll help grow her heart.

When a woman says/
that you are a waste of her/
time, just believe her.

When you feel God has/
left you alone, just endure,/
(like on Fast Sunday!)

She’s distracted* by
art abstracted. I wonder:
What’s under her curls?
OR
*She’s impacted by

I stand alone midst
roses. This balcony calls
for a Juliet.
OR

He, alone, smells the
roses. Yon balcony begs
for his Juliet.

Dare I pen words so/
long pent up, feelings silenced?/
Too late! They’ve escaped!
