I am enamored/
of you now. Thus, my world is/
changing rapidly.

In Nature, change must /
happen slow, to give wings strength./
Aren’t we beyond that?

OR
We are beyond that.

Why do we have to/
stop talking about you? You’re/
tres’ intéressant.!

From whence/
cometh the silence?
In the uncanny quiet/
that lasts the night,/
I wonder where your smile went.

If he were with her/
he’d grasp her fingers tightly/
and kiss her quiet.

She sits, mountain queen,/
rebirthing on her birthday./
Do hills sing happy?

The funny thing was/
she’d already taken her/
Freedom. He gave naught.

Freedom. He gave Nichts.

He gave in to her/
wish, and gifted freedom for/
Independence Day.

My best friend told me:/
“If I was you, I’d kill me.”/
He doesn’t see joy.
