I feel ecstatic/
going to National Parks/
when no one is there.

When you’re too busy/
playing with phone apps, you might/
miss the earth’s wonders.

The world will always /
look fantastic, even when/
you ask: “Where am I?!?”

When you go up the/
river you should never come/
back empty handed.

Her lips purse out at/
me, virtually. I dream/
unrequitedly.

She stands, firm and grand,/
peaks surrounded by peaks, glow’d/
hair drawing me in.

He wondered if she /
would appreciate being/
his Muse when she read.

It was late at night./
He wondered: was she trying/
to seduce with words?

My great grandfather/
circled Amos, asked: “Where are/
Prophets?” He now knows.
