When you at last learn/
your life has meaning, then you/
want to get busy.

Mexican Food Fallout Forgetfulness: Haiku Lament

I always forget/
the fallout from Mexican/
food ’til next morning.

Faith and trust. Trust and/
faith. It’s the not knowing that/
makes it hard to wait.

We went to His House./
Your name was remembered. We/
witnessed heart-felt prayer.

When kids go out to/

play with their friends, they’re inspired/

to give their mom space.

I wanted to post/
poems with my video but/
nothing’s good enough.

We keep visiting/
but never seeing; staying/
without connecting.

I hadn’t recalled/
seeing a sunbeam come up/
until this morning.

Why do I try to/
buy more land when I haven’t/
learned of all that’s mine?

What if we all just/
practice Earth Etiquette and/
not wait for others?
