It was, he thought to/

himself, a fantastic and/

wonderful message.

Because your nighttime/

determines your day, I’ll ask:/

“How’d you sleep last night?”

Woman, alone, danced./

Solo, I (in balcony),/

watched and joined with her.

So much was written/

already about silence,/

there’s not much to say.
Or
there’s not more to say.

Moonlite slatted through/

blinded windows and barren /

trees makes me lonely.

In the past we’d have /
lain with the pain to heal. Now,/
that’s no solution.

I was so glad to/
be able to say something,/
I didn’t let you.

My father was right./
He told me: “There is beauty /
everywhere.” There is.
