Thankfulness is more. /
Like abundant fields, it grows/
when friends shine your life.

Gratitude expands. /
Like sun-drenched fields, my thanks grows/
as friends enrich life.

She sought uniqueness./
When she felt it, like a flame,/
his warmly stirred her.

Under Lincoln’s stern/
gaze, with liberties you help/
protect, I voted.

Teach me to not care./
You have more expertise than/
I’ve yet developed.

Note to my man self:/
Never let a chick see you /
sick. She’ll distain you.
