God knows what we need./
We pray so we understand,/

TURN OFF YOUR DUMB PHONES!/
I’m trying to learn to be/
a better Christian!

Again going down/
Alpine hillsides, I remind/
myself to slow down.
OR
Descending Alpine/
paths again, I remember/
I, still, must observe.

These are some things you
might have missed in your hurry.
I can’t list them all.

Why do I worry/
if she likes me? She’s not as/
great as I can be.

With women it’s wise/
to withhold sonnets but not/
such tasty omelettes.

She craves my omelette./
I desire her smile. does one/
lead to the other?

Will anyone who’s/
pure, lovely, and virtuous/
want me, who’s been soiled?

If I helped in the/
Creation, I’ll own ‘skeaters*,/
because they feed birds.

meeting where all are sad, should I/
get sad or lift them?
