Bull Lavender Ball: Revolutionary ImproVerse Haiku

Staring down a bull/
in the 18th’s rough, she must/
have lavender balls.

As the golfer waits/
to die,/
I cry,/
then go play/
the back nine/
in his honor.

Two weeks ago he/
walked 18. Today they must/
let him go. No words.

I’m just waiting for/
someone to see me the way/
that I truly am.

What at last gets her/
up? It’s not peer pressure, for/
I am way too old.

Lady in the blue/
t-shirt: It won’t hurt to read./
It’s what we all need.

When you are wordless,/
write and read a napkin poem./
Welcome to the club!

These cute nappy-haired/
kids were once not ours. But now,/
thankfully, they are.

How do you respond/
when you at last hear words you’ve/
