As non-trite/
and inerudite/
as U say/
U R,/
I hope it’s alright,/
and you”ll delight/
that I text U,/
(but not vex U!),/
from afar./
As non-trite/
and inerudite/
as U say/
U R,/
I hope it’s alright,/
and you”ll delight/
that I text U,/
(but not vex U!),/
from afar./
I’m worrying about U a lot,/
not/
because you’re hot,/
(though that’s true,/
too!)/
Caring is just what/
I do./
So how r U?
Bcuz I get U/
IM gonna let U/
go/
so/
u can love, care4, feed/
those who need/
U/
more than I do./
When U/
want 2/
let me, luv, in,/
I’ll try again.
No/
one/
was ever won/
by being shy/
or coy./
Yet I,/
a boy,/
fear to tread openly,/
and, instead,/
slyly/
tell a joke;/
send a poke,/
from me 2 thee
I was not a man/
who slept/
with a phone in his hand,/
who kept/
hoping she’d call./
Not that man/
at all!/
But now I am./
How-why/
did I/
fall?
Is it inappropriate/ for a feisty/ and flirty guy,/ such as I,/ to send a late night text/ to you?/ What will you do?
The thought of becoming awakened,/
entwined with you,/
naked,/
does not arouse me,/
as much as it astounds me/
and, lastly,/
comforts me.
By the dawn’s early light/
I hope it’s still alright/
that I tucked you in./
I’d love to do it again!/
For me,/
a great experience/
that I’d repeat, /
given a chance!
I’m leaving the snow/
and heading for Arizo/
na Nah Nah Nah Nah!
I’ve written several poems for you.
Contexting poetry;
at least one Haiku.
and now, if you watch, and see,
you’ll discover even more
poetry
from me.
