This is the New Year:
A time i can choose to act,
be, and feel diff’rent.

No Invite, No Wait, Alone: Haiku

Don’t invite me, and
don’t wait for me, chances are
we’ll both be alone.

we’ll end up alone.

What if, with the One’s
mirror gaze, we discover
we’re doing enough?

what more we could do?

Alone, burning fire,
I clear, clean, and cleanse the past;/
Wish for future growth.

When you’re defined by /
the worst deeds you ever did,/
change your tomorrows.

You can control your/

life, or be controlled by it. /

Either is your choice.

I hear sweet music

a tree in Boston.

Oasis and it’s not you,

what are you good for?

My neighbor told me
