Blonde was too busy/
she said, so I soft caressed /
the redhead instead.

not tasking,/
4 existential/
potential.
Where Self-Confident Went: Romantic ConTEXTing Poem
Will she/
embrace/
me?/
Or in my face/
c/
a Robin Williams look-alike,/
turn and race/
screaming ‘YIKE!’/
Often I’m confident;/
sometimes I don’t know where it went.

Do u give,/

Twisting Missing You: Romantic ConTEXTing Poetry
It’s such a strange twist/

When Enigmas Collide: A Romantic Email Poem
You say Moi/
is an enigma?/
Surely, you jest!/
But I guess/
we each have our views!/
(Yeah, like THAT’s news!)/
So, I’ll ask you the real/
deal:/
How would it feel/
if I took YOU to task/
and asked:/
“Why’d you finally give in/
to my persistantcy/
when you could win/
nearly any fish in the sea?”/
Would you begin to wonder:/
“Did I make a blunder?”/
Or just shrug,/
and say “My heart budged/
and moved your way … /
at least today!”
More Than Just Friends? A Romantic ConTEXTing Poem
I sigh./
Nice rhyme!/
But what guy/
wants 2 take the time/
2 have it end/
at just friends?/
Is there potential 4/
much more/
further down the way/
from where we r today?
A Non-Assertive Perhapsian Sonnet: Revolutionary Email Poetry
To revel in assertiveness,
I must confess,
requires an enjoyment
akin to bliss.
Sometimes, after the workout,
when I’m well perspired,
I may look at myself
and think: “WOW! I’m tired!”
Tired of the chase.
Tired of the race.
Tired of the chastisement
I sometimes must face
Tired of being too anxious to pursue, too eager to woo.
So, sometimes, I think: “Perhaps … I’m through.”
