ventured out that he saw things/
he’d n’er seen before.

Dating Conundrum: Romantic ImproVerse Haiku

What should a man do/
when he knows she’s another’s,/
but he can’t leave her?

As if on some great/
cosmic cue, two ducks* performed/
a sunset fly-by.

She asked: “Why are there/
no tracks in the snow?”. I thought: /
“That’s a great question!”

Hot chocolate laced with/
licorice tea is my new fave/
of early mornings.

Within hours, there’s three/
different views from the same place./
Why folks like lakefront.

No matter how much/
you want Mother Nature to/
wait for you, she won’t.

Her mail signature /
told me to ask how to change/
the world. I learned, did.

I like working for /
Kimberly-Clark. There’s no lack/
of toilet paper!

After waiting hours /
for my delayed flight, I think/
Reykjavik sounds good.
